Prepared 6 October 2026. An effective date has not yet been set. Details marked “pending confirmation” are still being finalized. App practices described as proposed remain subject to confirmation before adoption.
1. Scope and acceptance
This agreement applies when you create or publish a challenge, its instructions, a demonstration or related creator content on Mobeet. In this agreement, a "publisher" is a challenge creator; the term does not imply a paid publication or subscription business.
The agreement is between you and MOBEET TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. It supplements the Terms of Service and must be presented for acceptance before publishing is enabled. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter the agreement. Guardian permission does not permit a person under 18 to publish or participate. An organizational publisher must have authority to act for that organization.
The Mobeet Safety Rules, Challenge Rules, Community Guidelines, Content Guidelines and Copyright Infringer Policy apply to everything you publish. No creator instruction may override them.
2. Your responsibility as a creator
You are responsible for the activity you propose, the accuracy of its description, the material you publish and the selection decisions you make. Use the supported creation tools and comply with the protected requirements associated with the selected template.
Do not remove or contradict a protected safety or proof requirement in a title, caption, demonstration, comment or private message. A supported template is not permission to add a hazardous variation. Assess the activity as participants are reasonably likely to understand and imitate it.
3. Clear challenge requirements
Before entries open, publish the activity, eligibility, opening and closing times with the time zone, submission method, proof requirements, attempt allowance, participant limit and selection process. Explain any material equipment or safe-setting requirement. The attempt-consumption point must be clear before the attempt starts.
If you use creator selection, identify the criteria. If you use community vote, identify the voting period and material voting conditions. State how ties, insufficient eligible entries, errors and cancellation will be handled. Do not imply that a preliminary check or popularity count guarantees acceptance or a result.
4. Safety, consent and minors
Do not publish a challenge prohibited by the Mobeet Safety Rules. You must not encourage unsafe stunts, unlawful conduct, harmful consumption, self-harm, harassment, sexual exploitation, privacy violations, animal mistreatment, dangerous transport activity or the use of weapons or explosives.
Make participation voluntary and respect a participant's decision to stop. Do not prescribe humiliation, exposure of private information or another unsafe penalty for withdrawal or failure.
Do not invite or accept entries from people under 18, or allow an adult account to submit a minor's performance. Do not arrange private meetings with children, seek secret communications or request unnecessary identifying information. If a child is incidentally visible in otherwise permitted creator content, protect their welfare and privacy and obtain any legally required guardian permission. That permission does not authorize challenge participation or a prohibited activity.
5. Intellectual property and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in your original creator content. You grant only the service-operation licence described in the Terms of Service, on the same scope and duration. Publishing does not transfer ownership to Mobeet.
You must obtain the rights needed for music, recordings, photographs, artwork, trademarks and other third-party material included in your challenge. Permission for a recording does not necessarily cover its underlying music or another incorporated work. Attribution alone is not permission.
Obtain the necessary consent for identifiable people to appear in your demonstration and for the intended publication. Do not falsely imply a person's endorsement. Mobeet will seek separate permission for use outside the service-operation licence, including unrelated promotional campaigns.
6. Participant content
A participant retains the rights they hold in their entry. Creating a challenge does not give you ownership of the entries or a general licence to reproduce them elsewhere.
You may view, assess and interact with entries through supported platform functions. Any separate compilation, off-platform reposting, advertising use or commercial exploitation requires the relevant permissions. Do not make assignment of a participant's ownership an undisclosed condition of entry.
7. Fair administration
Apply the published requirements and selection method consistently. Do not favour an undisclosed associate, buy or fabricate engagement, request an improper payment, or use private instructions to give selected participants an advantage.
Disclose material conflicts of interest before selection. Do not retaliate against criticism, reports or review requests. Provide relevant information if Mobeet investigates an eligibility, safety or integrity concern, without requesting unnecessary sensitive data from participants.
8. Changes and cancellation
Do not materially change eligibility, proof requirements, attempt allowances, selection criteria or an offered reward after entries open. Correcting a serious safety or legal problem may require closing the challenge. Inform Mobeet promptly when a published instruction creates a material risk.
Explain a necessary cancellation or material correction and its consequences for existing entries. Do not secretly apply new criteria to earlier submissions. Any expressly approved payments or rewards remain subject to their separate terms and mandatory legal obligations.
9. Rewards, sponsorship and commercial activity
An ordinary challenge does not authorize entry fees, subscriptions, participant deposits, paid voting, cash collection or a payout service. Lawful commercial features require express approval and separate terms before they are offered. This agreement sets no revenue share, platform commission or payout schedule. Approval does not authorize bets, wagers, pooled stakes or prohibited online money games; paid access must not conceal a stake. Any proposed paid-entry competition requires separate legal classification.
Do not advertise a reward you are unable or unauthorized to provide. An approved reward offer must identify its responsible provider, material eligibility and delivery conditions, and the process for cancellation or non-delivery. Illustrative amounts and badges are not prize offers.
Disclose sponsorship, a material commercial relationship and any required advertising label clearly. Do not imply that Mobeet or another organization sponsors or endorses your challenge without permission. Lotteries, wagers and other regulated promotions must not be offered through ordinary challenge tools.
10. Personal information
Use information visible to you only for the legitimate administration of the challenge and as permitted by law. Do not export participant details for marketing, contact participants outside their reasonable expectations or demand identity documents through comments or private messages.
If a separately approved activity requires you to collect personal information outside Mobeet, you must provide the relevant notice, establish a lawful basis and protect it appropriately. Your role under privacy law depends on what you actually do; this agreement does not automatically appoint Mobeet as your processor or make participant data your property.
11. Reports and cooperation
Respond honestly to reasonable enquiries about a challenge you publish. Keep any original material or permissions needed to resolve an active rights or authenticity issue. Cooperate with lawful requests without obstructing a reporter or pressuring them to withdraw a concern.
Report serious safety issues promptly at reachout@mobeet.com or through an available reporting control. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Copyright complaints follow the Copyright Infringer Policy.
12. Restrictions and termination
Mobeet may restrict publishing, remove creator content, close a challenge, correct an affected result, suspend an account or terminate access for a violation or serious risk. A prior warning is not required for severe conduct. Where lawful and practicable, Mobeet will explain the action and the review route.
You may stop publishing or request removal, subject to lawful retention and the treatment of active entries. Ending publication does not cancel an accrued legal obligation, an approved reward commitment or a participant's mandatory rights.
13. Other terms and contact
The Terms of Service govern account use, the content licence, service availability, responsibility, applicable law, disputes and changes. This agreement adds creator obligations without reducing Mobeet's responsibilities under that agreement or applicable law.
