1. Scope and operator
These Terms of Use apply to the public Mobeet product website operated by MOBEET TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, with its registered address at C/o Surja Kanta Sinha, Vidyanagar, Unakoti, Kailashahar, North Tripura, Tripura, 799279, India, operating in India. The website introduces the product, accepts beta access requests and provides contact enquiries.
Website use is subject to these terms once they have been finalized and appropriately brought to your attention. Any affirmative acceptance required by applicable law will be obtained. The separate Terms of Service govern app accounts and platform participation; these website terms do not replace that agreement.
2. Product information and private beta
Mobeet is currently in private beta. Product descriptions may change as development continues. Access may depend on an invitation, eligibility, location and available capacity. Website information does not guarantee a launch date or continued availability of a particular feature.
Illustrative screenshots may contain sample people, challenge titles, activity counts, badges or reward amounts. They do not establish actual results, endorsements, prize offers or earnings.
3. Beta access requests
When you submit the beta request form, the website sends your email to the Google Form and linked Google Sheet used for contact enquiries. Your email fills both Name and Your email, the topic is Private beta access, and the message is Requesting private beta request. Google records the submission time, and a request identifier and privacy-notice version support receipts and retries. Unchanged retries with the same request identifier reuse the recorded response for 24 hours. A separate request can create a separate response. Submitting the form records an enquiry about beta access. It does not create an app account, guarantee access or subscribe you to general marketing.
The form does not send an automatic invitation email. Beta requests and app access are intended for people aged 18 or older. The website form does not itself verify your age. Use an email address you are entitled to provide. The Privacy Policy explains how the request is handled and how to ask for its removal.
4. Contact enquiries
The contact form sends your name, email, selected topic and message through the website server to Google Forms and its linked Google Sheet. The website confirms success only after Google confirms a saved response. If it cannot confirm receipt, it keeps your details so you can retry. When online messages are not configured, the page offers an email draft for you to review and send in your email app.
Messages sent directly by email are processed by the relevant email providers and received by Mobeet.
Do not send passwords, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in an initial enquiry. Do not impersonate someone or send abusive, threatening, misleading or unlawful messages.
5. Acceptable website use
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, probe systems without authorization, bypass access restrictions, send fraudulent beta requests or use the forms to harass another person.
Do not copy or collect personal information from the website for unwanted contact or another unlawful purpose. Ordinary browsing, accessibility tools and uses expressly permitted by law remain allowed. Security concerns may be reported at reachout@mobeet.com without publishing sensitive information or exploiting the issue.
6. Website materials and intellectual property
The website contains materials owned by Mobeet or used with permission from their owners. You may view those materials for personal information and use supported sharing features. Broader reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires permission unless an applicable legal exception permits it.
Do not use Mobeet's name, logo or other identifying material to imply an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist. Ownership of your own work is not transferred by an enquiry or beta request. Any later submission to the app will be governed by the applicable platform agreement.
7. External links and providers
External websites, Google Forms and your email provider operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link is provided for convenience and does not establish Mobeet's control over the destination or guarantee its content. Review the relevant terms before using an external service.
8. Privacy and website technology
The Privacy Policy describes the confirmed website data practices and separately identifies proposed app practices. The website application code does not include analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies or local-storage collection, and does not request camera, microphone, contacts or location access.
Network and hosting infrastructure may process technical information to deliver and secure the website. This statement about application code does not assert that every infrastructure provider processes no data. Any additional collection must be disclosed before it is introduced.
9. Availability and responsibility
We may update, restrict or withdraw website content or functionality as reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available and liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer and other statutory rights remain unaffected. No monetary liability cap is established by this draft.
10. Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Tripura, India may hear disputes to the extent lawful. This does not remove statutory jurisdiction or a consumer's right to approach a competent Consumer Commission or another mandatory forum.

11. Changes and contact
We will show the effective date of a finalized version and provide appropriate notice of material changes. New app functionality, account creation or paid services may require a separate agreement before use.
