1. Purpose and scope

Mobeet prohibits challenges that expose participants, bystanders or animals to serious harm. These rules apply throughout the platform, including challenge titles, instructions, demonstrations, submissions, comments, messages, invitations and links to activity elsewhere. They apply to creators, participants, sponsors and anyone encouraging an attempt.

The Challenge Rules govern entry, attempts, proof and submissions. These Safety Rules determine which activities may be offered or encouraged at all. A creator's instructions, a participant's consent, a reward, a warning or a claim of professional experience cannot override them.

The examples below are illustrative. An activity may be prohibited even if it is not specifically named. Mobeet may remove a challenge when its intended activity or reasonably foreseeable imitation creates a serious risk. Describing an activity as a prank, experiment, trend or voluntary dare does not change that assessment.

2. Dangerous or high-risk challenges

Do not create, promote, demonstrate or submit a challenge involving cliffs, rooftops, dangerous heights, unstable structures, moving vehicles, fire, choking, drowning, unsafe stunts, extreme heat or cold, or any activity likely to cause serious injury.

Prohibited activities include climbing unsecured structures, jumping between buildings, entering confined or hazardous spaces, deliberate falls, dangerous electrical exposure, contact with hazardous machinery, and abandoning protective equipment to increase difficulty. Do not ask participants to cross a safety barrier, ignore a closure, approach an unsafe edge or perform an activity in conditions that make it dangerous.

Ordinary recreational activity may be permitted when conducted in a suitable setting with appropriate precautions. Adding a dangerous height, traffic exposure, unsafe environment or other prohibited element makes the challenge unacceptable. Safety equipment, supervision or a disclaimer does not authorize a prohibited stunt.

3. Illegal activity

No challenge may require, reward or encourage conduct that breaks applicable local law. This includes trespassing, theft, vandalism, unlawful drug use or supply, dangerous driving, assault, property damage and interference with emergency services or public infrastructure.

Participants must have permission to use the relevant premises and comply with access restrictions, permits and lawful instructions. A creator must not tell participants that a minor offence, an undiscovered offence or an offence committed for entertainment is acceptable.

4. Self-harm and harmful behavior

Do not encourage self-injury, suicide, starvation, dangerous fasting, overdose, harmful substance use or intentional exposure to medical danger. Challenges must not require participants to injure themselves, tolerate pain as proof of commitment, stop prescribed treatment, misuse medication or conceal symptoms in order to continue.

Do not turn another person's distress or medical vulnerability into entertainment. Supportive discussion and recovery-related content must not provide harmful instructions, glorify injury or invite imitation. A content warning does not make a harmful challenge permissible.

5. Harassment and humiliation

Do not require bullying, public humiliation, intimidation, stalking, threats, unwanted touching or targeting a person without consent. Do not organize unwanted approaches, repeated contact, hostile group attention or the invasion of someone's personal space.

Challenges must not make a person's protected characteristics, disability, appearance, personal circumstances or vulnerability the basis of abuse. Consent obtained through pressure, threats, deception or a significant power imbalance is not valid permission for a challenge.

6. Sexual content and exploitation

Sexual acts, sexualized dares, nudity required as a challenge, coercive sexual conduct and non-consensual intimate content are prohibited. Do not request intimate images, sexual contact or sexual favors as an entry condition, penalty, proof requirement or reward.

Any sexual exploitation or sexualization of a minor is prohibited, including grooming, solicitation, sexualized posing, suggestive challenges directed at children and synthetic or altered sexual depictions of minors. Do not solicit, upload, forward or link to child sexual abuse material. Report the relevant account or location without downloading or redistributing the material.

The prohibition includes recordings made or shared without freely given permission, covert intimate recordings and fabricated intimate imagery of an identifiable person. Claimed consent does not permit sexual exploitation of a minor.

7. Consent and privacy

Do not require secret recordings, exposure of private information, entry onto private property without permission, or publication of another person's sensitive content without permission. Participation must be voluntary. Refusal and withdrawal must be respected.

Permission to participate is separate from permission to record and publish. Obtain the necessary permissions before filming identifiable people or sharing their personal information. Do not pressure participants to reveal home addresses, live locations, school details, private conversations, medical records, identity documents or account credentials.

Creators must provide a reasonable way to avoid including non-participants. If privacy cannot be protected while meeting a proof requirement, the challenge must be changed or withdrawn. Do not use a proof requirement to justify surveillance or exposure.

8. Dangerous consumption

Do not create challenges involving excessive alcohol, illegal or misused drugs, unknown substances, toxic substances, non-food objects or unsafe food consumption. Prohibited formats include eating or drinking a specified amount as fast as possible, rapid drinking, forced consumption and attempts that create a choking, poisoning or overdose risk.

Do not encourage eating spoiled food, known allergens, substances not intended for consumption, or products in quantities or concentrations that may be harmful. Ordinary cooking and tasting activities must allow participants to account for allergies, dietary needs and safe food handling without penalty.

9. Health and fitness extremes

Do not encourage excessive exercise, dehydration, sleep deprivation, extreme weight loss, unsafe breath-holding or attempts to continue through injury or serious symptoms. Challenges must not make deprivation, exhaustion, dangerous endurance or rapid body changes the measure of success.

Do not require participants to disregard medical restrictions or use unsafe training, supplements or medication. Rest, hydration and stopping must remain available. Creators must not present a challenge as treatment or claim that a result proves a person's medical condition, fitness for an activity or need for care.

10. Animal safety

Do not frighten, hurt, provoke, restrain unnecessarily or place animals in dangerous situations. Prohibited activities include forcing an animal to perform, exposing it to harmful food or substances, unsafe transport, disturbing nesting or breeding animals, and provoking a reaction for a recording.

Do not use wild animals as challenge props or interfere with their habitat. Any permitted activity involving an animal must respect its welfare, normal behavior and lawful care requirements. A guardian's permission does not justify distress or mistreatment.

11. Driving and transportation

Do not film, operate Mobeet or complete a challenge while actively driving. Do not require distracted driving, speeding, racing, dangerous riding, riding without necessary protection, train surfing, vehicle stunts, hanging from vehicles or entering railway tracks and restricted transport areas.

Do not ask a passenger to distract a driver or interfere with the controls of a vehicle. Recording by a passenger is permissible only if it is otherwise lawful and safe, does not distract the driver and does not form part of a prohibited challenge. Park lawfully and stop the activity before interacting with the platform.

12. Minors and activities requiring supervision

Accounts, challenge participation, submissions and publishing are restricted to people aged 18 or older. Do not enter on behalf of a minor or use an adult account to submit a child's performance. Parental or guardian permission does not create an exception to the age requirement.

Do not ask a child to perform an activity that reasonably requires adult supervision without suitable supervision. Do not invite a minor to meet an unknown adult privately, leave a supervised location, conceal participation from a responsible guardian, communicate secretly with an adult, or disclose a live location, school or home address.

Creators must not use rewards, public rankings or peer pressure to involve a child in a challenge. If children are incidentally present in otherwise permitted content, protect their welfare and privacy and obtain any legally required guardian permission. Do not make a child's exposure or interaction the object of the challenge. Adult permission cannot authorize a prohibited activity, and Mobeet may restrict the visibility of content involving a child.

13. Impersonation and deception

No fake emergencies, fake crimes, dangerous pranks or impersonation of police, medical staff, emergency responders or other authorities. Do not stage conduct that is reasonably likely to cause panic, provoke a defensive response, waste emergency resources or expose another person to detention or injury.

Do not obtain participation or permission by concealing a material risk or falsely claiming official approval. Clearly identified, harmless fictional performances may be permitted if they do not mislead bystanders or require a prohibited act.

14. Weapons and explosives

Challenges involving firearms, explosives, dangerous weapons or improvised hazardous devices are prohibited. Do not require handling, discharge, construction, modification, concealment, unsafe storage or threatening display of these items. Do not provide instructions for weapon or explosive construction as part of a challenge.

Realistic replicas must not be used in a way that threatens people or could reasonably provoke an armed response. Ordinary tools used for a lawful, low-risk creative activity are not automatically prohibited; using them as weapons or exposing participants to serious injury is prohibited.

15. Responsibility to stop and report

Do not attempt a prohibited challenge to test whether it is safe or to collect evidence for a report. Stop an attempt if conditions become unsafe. Creators must stop promoting an activity when they become aware of a serious risk and report the concern to Mobeet.

Use a reporting control where available, or contact reachout@mobeet.com with the challenge link or identifier and a brief explanation. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information or redistribute harmful material. Mobeet is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

16. Enforcement and review

Mobeet may remove or restrict content, close a challenge, reject a submission, remove an entry from results, restrict publishing or participation, suspend an account or terminate access. Serious conduct may result in immediate action without a prior warning. Mobeet may preserve relevant information and make legally required disclosures.

Where lawful and practicable, Mobeet will explain the applicable rule and how to request review. A review request should identify the decision and provide relevant context; it must not include another attempt at the prohibited activity. Reposting removed material or using another account to evade a restriction is prohibited.
