1. Purpose

This rulebook consolidates Mobeet's operational standards for creating challenges, participating, submitting content and interacting with other people. It applies across public and private platform features, including activity organized through Mobeet but carried out elsewhere.

Mobeet Safety Rules govern which activities are prohibited throughout the platform. Challenge Rules govern participation, attempts and submissions. Community Guidelines govern interactions, and Content Guidelines govern material published or shared. The complete text of those four policies appears below.

2. Related agreements and priority

The Terms of Service govern app account use. The Publisher Agreement adds obligations for challenge creators. The public website is governed by its separate Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy describes personal-information handling. Those documents remain separate from this operational rulebook.

Each challenge must publish its own activity, eligibility, time window, proof, attempt allowance and selection method. Challenge-specific conditions may be stricter than platform rules, but may never authorize unsafe, exploitative or unlawful conduct. No waiver, consent, disclaimer, reward or private instruction overrides the Mobeet Safety Rules.

This consolidated edition is prepared from the individual policy drafts of the same date. If a later individual policy differs, the current individual policy governs its subject, subject to the Terms of Service requirements for notice and acceptance. Mobeet must update this consolidated edition when those policies change.

3. Account and creator responsibilities

Meet the published platform eligibility conditions, provide accurate necessary account information and protect access to your account. Do not impersonate another person, manipulate votes, submit deceptive proof or evade restrictions through another account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, publish, participate or submit. People under 18 may not enter through an adult account, and guardian permission does not create an exception. Children incidentally visible in content remain protected by the safety, consent and privacy rules.

Creators must use supported templates and preserve their protected safety and proof requirements. Publish clear conditions before entries open, apply them consistently, disclose material conflicts and sponsorship, and respect participants' rights in their entries. Do not materially change criteria after entries open. Report a serious risk and close an unsafe challenge rather than encouraging further attempts.

A participant retains their rights in their own work. A creator does not obtain ownership of entries by hosting a challenge. Lawful commercial arrangements require express approval and separate terms. Bets, wagers, pooled stakes and prohibited online money games are not permitted. Any proposed paid-entry competition requires separate legal classification, and an access fee must not conceal a stake. Sample amounts and badges on the website do not constitute prize offers.

4. Enforcement and review

Mobeet may remove or restrict content, close a challenge, disqualify an entry, correct an affected result, limit features, suspend an account or terminate access. Action may depend on severity, foreseeable harm, repetition and evasion; serious misconduct may require immediate action without a warning.

Where lawful and practicable, Mobeet will explain a restriction and the review route. Reports and review requests may be sent through available controls or to reachout@mobeet.com. Include the relevant link or identifier and a brief explanation. Do not redistribute harmful material, retaliate against a reporter or repost restricted content while seeking review.

For immediate danger, stop the activity and contact the appropriate local emergency service. Mobeet does not provide emergency response.

Mobeet Safety Rules

Read Mobeet Safety Rules separately

1. Purpose and scope

Mobeet prohibits challenges that expose participants, bystanders or animals to serious harm. These rules apply throughout the platform, including challenge titles, instructions, demonstrations, submissions, comments, messages, invitations and links to activity elsewhere. They apply to creators, participants, sponsors and anyone encouraging an attempt.

The Challenge Rules govern entry, attempts, proof and submissions. These Safety Rules determine which activities may be offered or encouraged at all. A creator's instructions, a participant's consent, a reward, a warning or a claim of professional experience cannot override them.

The examples below are illustrative. An activity may be prohibited even if it is not specifically named. Mobeet may remove a challenge when its intended activity or reasonably foreseeable imitation creates a serious risk. Describing an activity as a prank, experiment, trend or voluntary dare does not change that assessment.

2. Dangerous or high-risk challenges

Do not create, promote, demonstrate or submit a challenge involving cliffs, rooftops, dangerous heights, unstable structures, moving vehicles, fire, choking, drowning, unsafe stunts, extreme heat or cold, or any activity likely to cause serious injury.

Prohibited activities include climbing unsecured structures, jumping between buildings, entering confined or hazardous spaces, deliberate falls, dangerous electrical exposure, contact with hazardous machinery, and abandoning protective equipment to increase difficulty. Do not ask participants to cross a safety barrier, ignore a closure, approach an unsafe edge or perform an activity in conditions that make it dangerous.

Ordinary recreational activity may be permitted when conducted in a suitable setting with appropriate precautions. Adding a dangerous height, traffic exposure, unsafe environment or other prohibited element makes the challenge unacceptable. Safety equipment, supervision or a disclaimer does not authorize a prohibited stunt.

3. Illegal activity

No challenge may require, reward or encourage conduct that breaks applicable local law. This includes trespassing, theft, vandalism, unlawful drug use or supply, dangerous driving, assault, property damage and interference with emergency services or public infrastructure.

Participants must have permission to use the relevant premises and comply with access restrictions, permits and lawful instructions. A creator must not tell participants that a minor offence, an undiscovered offence or an offence committed for entertainment is acceptable.

4. Self-harm and harmful behavior

Do not encourage self-injury, suicide, starvation, dangerous fasting, overdose, harmful substance use or intentional exposure to medical danger. Challenges must not require participants to injure themselves, tolerate pain as proof of commitment, stop prescribed treatment, misuse medication or conceal symptoms in order to continue.

Do not turn another person's distress or medical vulnerability into entertainment. Supportive discussion and recovery-related content must not provide harmful instructions, glorify injury or invite imitation. A content warning does not make a harmful challenge permissible.

5. Harassment and humiliation

Do not require bullying, public humiliation, intimidation, stalking, threats, unwanted touching or targeting a person without consent. Do not organize unwanted approaches, repeated contact, hostile group attention or the invasion of someone's personal space.

Challenges must not make a person's protected characteristics, disability, appearance, personal circumstances or vulnerability the basis of abuse. Consent obtained through pressure, threats, deception or a significant power imbalance is not valid permission for a challenge.

6. Sexual content and exploitation

Sexual acts, sexualized dares, nudity required as a challenge, coercive sexual conduct and non-consensual intimate content are prohibited. Do not request intimate images, sexual contact or sexual favors as an entry condition, penalty, proof requirement or reward.

Any sexual exploitation or sexualization of a minor is prohibited, including grooming, solicitation, sexualized posing, suggestive challenges directed at children and synthetic or altered sexual depictions of minors. Do not solicit, upload, forward or link to child sexual abuse material. Report the relevant account or location without downloading or redistributing the material.

The prohibition includes recordings made or shared without freely given permission, covert intimate recordings and fabricated intimate imagery of an identifiable person. Claimed consent does not permit sexual exploitation of a minor.

7. Consent and privacy

Do not require secret recordings, exposure of private information, entry onto private property without permission, or publication of another person's sensitive content without permission. Participation must be voluntary. Refusal and withdrawal must be respected.

Permission to participate is separate from permission to record and publish. Obtain the necessary permissions before filming identifiable people or sharing their personal information. Do not pressure participants to reveal home addresses, live locations, school details, private conversations, medical records, identity documents or account credentials.

Creators must provide a reasonable way to avoid including non-participants. If privacy cannot be protected while meeting a proof requirement, the challenge must be changed or withdrawn. Do not use a proof requirement to justify surveillance or exposure.

8. Dangerous consumption

Do not create challenges involving excessive alcohol, illegal or misused drugs, unknown substances, toxic substances, non-food objects or unsafe food consumption. Prohibited formats include eating or drinking a specified amount as fast as possible, rapid drinking, forced consumption and attempts that create a choking, poisoning or overdose risk.

Do not encourage eating spoiled food, known allergens, substances not intended for consumption, or products in quantities or concentrations that may be harmful. Ordinary cooking and tasting activities must allow participants to account for allergies, dietary needs and safe food handling without penalty.

9. Health and fitness extremes

Do not encourage excessive exercise, dehydration, sleep deprivation, extreme weight loss, unsafe breath-holding or attempts to continue through injury or serious symptoms. Challenges must not make deprivation, exhaustion, dangerous endurance or rapid body changes the measure of success.

Do not require participants to disregard medical restrictions or use unsafe training, supplements or medication. Rest, hydration and stopping must remain available. Creators must not present a challenge as treatment or claim that a result proves a person's medical condition, fitness for an activity or need for care.

10. Animal safety

Do not frighten, hurt, provoke, restrain unnecessarily or place animals in dangerous situations. Prohibited activities include forcing an animal to perform, exposing it to harmful food or substances, unsafe transport, disturbing nesting or breeding animals, and provoking a reaction for a recording.

Do not use wild animals as challenge props or interfere with their habitat. Any permitted activity involving an animal must respect its welfare, normal behavior and lawful care requirements. A guardian's permission does not justify distress or mistreatment.

11. Driving and transportation

Do not film, operate Mobeet or complete a challenge while actively driving. Do not require distracted driving, speeding, racing, dangerous riding, riding without necessary protection, train surfing, vehicle stunts, hanging from vehicles or entering railway tracks and restricted transport areas.

Do not ask a passenger to distract a driver or interfere with the controls of a vehicle. Recording by a passenger is permissible only if it is otherwise lawful and safe, does not distract the driver and does not form part of a prohibited challenge. Park lawfully and stop the activity before interacting with the platform.

12. Minors and activities requiring supervision

Accounts, challenge participation, submissions and publishing are restricted to people aged 18 or older. Do not enter on behalf of a minor or use an adult account to submit a child's performance. Parental or guardian permission does not create an exception to the age requirement.

Do not ask a child to perform an activity that reasonably requires adult supervision without suitable supervision. Do not invite a minor to meet an unknown adult privately, leave a supervised location, conceal participation from a responsible guardian, communicate secretly with an adult, or disclose a live location, school or home address.

Creators must not use rewards, public rankings or peer pressure to involve a child in a challenge. If children are incidentally present in otherwise permitted content, protect their welfare and privacy and obtain any legally required guardian permission. Do not make a child's exposure or interaction the object of the challenge. Adult permission cannot authorize a prohibited activity, and Mobeet may restrict the visibility of content involving a child.

13. Impersonation and deception

No fake emergencies, fake crimes, dangerous pranks or impersonation of police, medical staff, emergency responders or other authorities. Do not stage conduct that is reasonably likely to cause panic, provoke a defensive response, waste emergency resources or expose another person to detention or injury.

Do not obtain participation or permission by concealing a material risk or falsely claiming official approval. Clearly identified, harmless fictional performances may be permitted if they do not mislead bystanders or require a prohibited act.

14. Weapons and explosives

Challenges involving firearms, explosives, dangerous weapons or improvised hazardous devices are prohibited. Do not require handling, discharge, construction, modification, concealment, unsafe storage or threatening display of these items. Do not provide instructions for weapon or explosive construction as part of a challenge.

Realistic replicas must not be used in a way that threatens people or could reasonably provoke an armed response. Ordinary tools used for a lawful, low-risk creative activity are not automatically prohibited; using them as weapons or exposing participants to serious injury is prohibited.

15. Responsibility to stop and report

Do not attempt a prohibited challenge to test whether it is safe or to collect evidence for a report. Stop an attempt if conditions become unsafe. Creators must stop promoting an activity when they become aware of a serious risk and report the concern to Mobeet.

Use a reporting control where available, or contact reachout@mobeet.com with the challenge link or identifier and a brief explanation. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information or redistribute harmful material. Mobeet is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

16. Enforcement and review

Mobeet may remove or restrict content, close a challenge, reject a submission, remove an entry from results, restrict publishing or participation, suspend an account or terminate access. Serious conduct may result in immediate action without a prior warning. Mobeet may preserve relevant information and make legally required disclosures.

Where lawful and practicable, Mobeet will explain the applicable rule and how to request review. A review request should identify the decision and provide relevant context; it must not include another attempt at the prohibited activity. Reposting removed material or using another account to evade a restriction is prohibited.

Challenge Rules

Read Challenge Rules separately

1. Scope

These rules govern participation, attempts and submissions on Mobeet. They apply alongside the Terms of Service, Mobeet Safety Rules, Community Guidelines and Content Guidelines. They also apply to a creator's own demonstration or entry.

Each challenge has published requirements describing the activity, eligibility, entry window, accepted proof, attempt allowance and selection method. A challenge may impose stricter requirements than these rules, but cannot relax a platform safety rule or require unlawful conduct.

2. Eligibility and voluntary participation

You must be at least 18 years old to participate or submit an entry. Also meet the challenge's published location, capacity and other eligibility conditions. Do not misstate your age, identity, experience or eligibility. If you are acting for an organization, you must be authorized to do so.

A person under 18 may not enter through an adult's account, and parental or guardian permission does not create an exception. Do not submit an attempt performed by a minor as your own entry. Children who appear incidentally in otherwise permitted content remain protected by the safety, consent and privacy rules.

Participation is voluntary. You may decline an invitation or stop an attempt. Do not pressure another person to enter, continue or provide proof. Stopping may leave an entry incomplete under the published requirements; it must not lead to harassment, exposure of private information or an unsafe penalty.

3. Read the requirements before joining

Before joining, review the challenge description and its published requirements. These should identify:

  • The activity and any necessary safe conditions or ordinary equipment.
  • Eligibility and any participant limit.
  • Opening and closing times, including the time zone.
  • The permitted submission method: video upload, image upload, in-app recording or in-app photograph, where offered.
  • The required content, duration and proof checks.
  • The attempt allowance and when an attempt is consumed.
  • Whether replacements, retakes or changes are permitted.
  • The selection method, voting window, tie treatment and result process.
  • Any expressly offered reward and the conditions attached to it.

Ask for clarification if a material requirement is missing or ambiguous. A comment or private message does not override the published rules. Do not proceed with an instruction that conflicts with the Mobeet Safety Rules.

4. Joining and Lock In

Where Mobeet uses a Lock In step, it records an intention to participate. It does not itself mean that recording has started, proof has been accepted or a completed entry has been submitted. A reserved place, if offered, remains subject to the published capacity and deadline conditions.

Follow the challenge's supported participation flow. Do not use multiple accounts or another person's account to reserve extra places or avoid an entry limit.

5. Safe conditions and permission

Choose an activity, location and level of effort appropriate to your circumstances. Check the surroundings, necessary permissions and the presence of non-participants before starting. Obtain permission to use private premises and to record or publish identifiable people where required.

Stop if there is pain, distress, a hazardous condition or any other reason the attempt cannot be completed safely. Do not continue solely to preserve an attempt, meet a deadline or qualify for a reward. No challenge instruction takes priority over safety, lawful restrictions or another person's refusal.

6. Attempts and retakes

The attempt allowance and consumption point must be disclosed before an attempt begins. Different proof flows may count attempts at different stages. Do not assume that an attempt remains available until final submission.

Use Retake or Record again only when offered and authorized by the challenge flow. Restarting the application, deleting footage, creating another account or asking another person to record for you does not reset an allowance.

Technical errors do not automatically grant an additional attempt. Report the issue with the challenge identifier, approximate time and any ordinary error message. Mobeet may correct a documented system error consistently with the challenge requirements. Do not send passwords or unnecessary device information.

7. Proof and authenticity

Submit proof of your own eligible participation. It must show the required activity clearly and meet the published format, duration, timing, framing and other proof requirements.

If a challenge requires an in-app live recording or photograph, a gallery upload or previously recorded item is not an acceptable substitute. If it requires one continuous take, do not cut, splice, speed up, slow down, replace audio or make another alteration that changes the evidence. An upload-based challenge may permit editing only to the extent stated in its requirements.

Do not submit another person's performance as your own, fabricate an activity, reuse proof where fresh proof is required, alter timestamps, falsify measurements or use generated or synthetic media to represent an attempt that did not occur. Creative use of generated material is permitted only where the challenge expressly accepts it as the creative work and no person, performance or result is misrepresented.

8. Rights and privacy in submissions

You must own the submitted material or have the rights required to use it on Mobeet. This includes rights in music, recordings, photographs, artwork and other material included in the entry. Attribution alone does not establish permission.

Obtain the necessary permission from people appearing in the entry. Participation, recording and public publication are separate matters. Protect bystanders and avoid disclosing addresses, live locations, private documents or other sensitive information. An entry requirement does not justify filming someone secretly or exposing their personal information.

If the required framing or original-recording rule prevents adequate privacy protection, seek a safe alternative or do not submit. Do not disguise a prohibited privacy violation as proof of authenticity.

9. Submission and deadlines

Review the entry and its intended audience before selecting Submit. A locally saved recording, selected file, preview or successful device check is not a completed submission. Submission is complete only when Mobeet confirms that the entry has been received and recorded as submitted.

A label such as checked, passed or verified may refer only to device-based checks. It does not, by itself, establish independent verification, compliance with every rule, acceptance for judging or a winning result.

Allow time for upload and submission. Starting an upload before the deadline does not guarantee a timely entry. The deadline and time zone displayed for the challenge control, subject to a documented correction of a platform error. Keep any submission receipt and report a missing confirmation promptly.

10. Changes, withdrawal and deletion

An entry may be changed or replaced only if the challenge permits it. A replacement must comply with the same eligibility, proof and deadline requirements. Removing an entry does not create a new attempt or extend the deadline.

You may request withdrawal where a self-service control is unavailable. Withdrawal may remove the entry from selection or results. Withdrawal from a challenge and deletion of the underlying content are separate actions; data deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

11. Selection, voting and fair competition

The supported selection methods are creator selection and community vote, where offered. The challenge must identify its method before entries open. It must also state the judging criteria or voting rules, relevant dates, any voter eligibility conditions and how ties or insufficient valid entries will be handled.

Do not buy votes, use bots, create duplicate accounts, exchange improper incentives, coordinate deceptive voting or interfere with another entry. Do not threaten, harass or bribe a creator, participant or voter. Promotional sharing is permissible only if it does not distort an eligibility restriction or violate another platform rule.

Creators must apply the published criteria consistently and disclose a material conflict of interest. Results may be corrected when an entry is ineligible, a tally is manipulated or a documented error affects the outcome. A popularity count or interim ranking does not guarantee a final result.

12. Rewards and costs

No prize, payment, reimbursement or financial value is implied by participation. Illustrative website screens, sample amounts, badges, points and activity counts are not prize offers or promises of earnings.

A reward is offered only if expressly stated in approved challenge terms. Those terms must identify the responsible provider, the reward, eligibility, selection process, delivery arrangements and material conditions before participation. Creators must not collect entry fees, require purchases, solicit deposits or charge for claiming a reward unless Mobeet has expressly enabled and approved that arrangement under separate terms.

Do not publish lotteries, wagers, pooled stakes or prohibited online money games through an ordinary challenge. A paid subscription or access fee must not conceal a stake or a payment for the chance to win. Platform approval cannot authorize an unlawful scheme. Any proposed paid-entry competition requires separate legal classification before it can be considered. Applicable tax and consumer obligations cannot be avoided by describing a payment as a gift or a challenge reward.

13. Creator changes and cancellation

Creators must not materially change eligibility, proof requirements, attempt allowances, selection criteria or rewards after entries open. A necessary safety or legal correction may require closing the challenge rather than changing the conditions for existing entries.

Where cancellation or a material correction is necessary, Mobeet or the creator should explain the reason and the treatment of submitted entries and any expressly approved reward or payment. Existing entries must not be secretly rejudged under new criteria. Separate approved payment terms and mandatory legal rights continue to apply.

14. Disqualification and restrictions

An entry may be rejected, removed from results or disqualified for ineligibility, unsafe or unlawful conduct, deceptive proof, unauthorized editing, infringement, privacy violations, late submission or manipulation. Related content or account activity may also be restricted under the platform policies.

A completed upload or an initial proof check does not prevent later review. Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without a warning.

15. Reports and review requests

Use a reporting control where available, or email reachout@mobeet.com. Identify the challenge or entry, describe the concern and provide relevant non-sensitive evidence. For a disputed decision, identify the decision and explain the claimed error.

Do not retaliate against someone for reporting or requesting review. A complaint does not automatically cancel the challenge or change its result. Mobeet may temporarily restrict an entry or activity while assessing a concern and will communicate a decision where lawful and practicable.

If there is immediate danger, stop the activity and contact the appropriate local emergency service. Mobeet's support contact is not an emergency response service.

Community Guidelines

Mobeet brings people together through shared challenges. Participation must remain voluntary, competition must be honest, and the people involved must be treated with respect. These standards apply to challenges, submissions, profiles, comments, messages and other interactions on the platform.

Read Community Guidelines separately

1. Respect people and their boundaries

Do not threaten, bully, stalk, intimidate or repeatedly contact someone who has declined contact. Personal attacks, targeted humiliation, unwanted touching and coordinated abuse are prohibited. Do not encourage other people to confront, follow or overwhelm a person.

Respect a refusal to participate, appear on camera or have content published. Do not punish refusal through ridicule, exclusionary threats or exposure of private information. Use feedback to address the work or performance, rather than to demean the person.

2. Do not promote hate or discrimination

Do not promote hatred, violence, segregation or dehumanization against people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or a comparable protected characteristic.

Do not make those characteristics the basis of a degrading challenge or use slurs to target someone. Good-faith discussion of social issues is permitted; it must not become an invitation to abuse or exclude a person or group.

3. Keep participation safe

Follow the Mobeet Safety Rules when creating, sharing, attempting or commenting on a challenge. Do not encourage prohibited activity because it is popular, described as voluntary or performed by someone who claims expertise.

Allow participants to stop. Do not encourage them to continue through pain, distress, exhaustion or unsafe conditions. Report a dangerous challenge rather than attempting or amplifying it.

4. Protect children and vulnerable people

Do not exploit, sexualize, groom or manipulate a minor. Do not request private meetings, intimate images, secret communications or unnecessary identifying information from children. Accounts, challenge participation and publishing are restricted to people aged 18 or older. Do not use an adult account to enter on behalf of a child. If a child is incidentally visible in content, protect their privacy and obtain any legally required guardian permission; that permission does not authorize challenge participation.

Do not use someone's illness, disability, financial hardship or dependence on another person to obtain participation or expose them to ridicule. A reward must not be used to overcome a person's refusal or pressure them into an unsafe activity.

5. Protect consent and privacy

Do not publish private information or recordings without the necessary permission. This includes home addresses, live locations, school details, identity documents, private conversations and medical information.

Ask before recording identifiable people and before publishing their appearance where permission is required. Permission for one purpose does not authorize unrelated use. Do not secretly record someone as part of a challenge or share intimate content without consent.

6. Participate honestly

Use your own eligible entry and follow the challenge's requirements. Do not impersonate another person, falsify proof, buy votes, use duplicate accounts to gain an advantage or misrepresent a generated performance as a real attempt.

Creators must explain the requirements and apply the selection method fairly. Do not invent prizes, conceal sponsorship or mislead people about an affiliation, result or endorsement. Clearly distinguish opinion, fictional content and factual claims where confusion could cause harm.

7. Respect creative work

Share material you own, are licensed to use or may lawfully use under an applicable exception. Do not plagiarize, remove attribution to claim authorship, or repost another person's submission as your own.

Music, recordings, photographs and other material may require separate permissions. Giving credit or finding an item online does not establish a right to publish it. Copyright complaints are handled under the Copyright Infringer Policy.

8. Keep communication relevant and lawful

Do not send spam, phishing links, malware, fraudulent offers or repeated unsolicited promotions. Do not use comments or messages to request credentials, solicit unlawful payments or divert participants into unsafe activity elsewhere.

Do not use the platform to arrange prohibited challenges privately. The same conduct standards apply to private messages and public posts. Do not evade blocks, moderation restrictions or account suspensions.

9. Report concerns responsibly

Use the reporting control where available, or contact reachout@mobeet.com with a link or identifier and a short explanation. Provide only the information needed to assess the concern. Do not download or redistribute exploitative material to prove that it exists.

Do not retaliate against a reporter or use repeated false reports to silence another person. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Mobeet does not provide emergency response.

10. Moderation and review

Mobeet may remove or restrict content, close a challenge, disqualify an entry, restrict a feature, suspend an account or terminate access. The response may take account of the seriousness of the conduct, the risk created, repeated violations and attempts to evade restrictions. Serious harm may require immediate action without a warning.

Where lawful and practicable, Mobeet will explain a restriction and provide a way to request review. Include the decision, the relevant context and the reason you believe an error occurred. A review request does not permit reposting restricted material or continuing the prohibited conduct. Indian statutory grievance procedures and applicable response periods are described in the Terms of Service and are not replaced by an ordinary review request.

These guidelines work alongside the Terms of Service, Mobeet Safety Rules, Challenge Rules and Content Guidelines. The more specific rule applies to its subject, and no challenge condition can override a safety prohibition.

Content Guidelines

Read Content Guidelines separately

1. Scope

These guidelines govern material published or shared through Mobeet, including challenge descriptions, demonstrations, submissions, profiles, captions, images, videos, comments, messages and external links. The Community Guidelines govern interactions; the Mobeet Safety Rules govern prohibited activity; these guidelines address the content itself.

Context may affect a content decision, but no warning, fictional label or artistic claim permits exploitation, non-consensual intimate material or a prohibited challenge.

2. Illegal content and harmful instructions

Do not publish material that is unlawful to possess or distribute, offers unlawful goods or services, facilitates a crime, or provides instructions for carrying out a prohibited challenge. Do not use links or private messages to direct people to the same material elsewhere.

Do not promote violence, terrorism, self-harm or serious injury. Educational or critical discussion must not glorify the conduct, invite imitation or provide actionable instructions that create a serious risk.

3. Sexual content and child protection

Sexually explicit material, sexual solicitation, sexualized challenges and nudity used as a challenge requirement or reward are prohibited. Non-consensual intimate imagery, covert intimate recordings and fabricated intimate depictions of an identifiable person are prohibited.

Any sexual exploitation or sexualization of a minor is prohibited, including grooming, solicitation, child sexual abuse material and synthetic sexual depictions of children. Do not upload, forward or link to such material. Report its location without downloading or redistributing it.

Non-sexual discussion of health or ordinary activity is assessed in context. It must not expose private intimate information, sexualize a minor or be used to circumvent a prohibition.

4. Graphic violence and distress

Do not publish graphic injury, abuse or death for shock, amusement or encouragement. Do not stage a dangerous act simply to produce dramatic footage. Footage of a prohibited challenge may be removed even if the caption discourages imitation.

Limited non-graphic material used for a legitimate educational or reporting purpose may be considered in context. Avoid unnecessary detail and protect the dignity and privacy of affected people. This does not authorize an unsafe reenactment.

5. Hate, threats and targeted abuse

Do not publish threats, targeted degrading content, praise of violence against a person or group, or material promoting hatred or dehumanization based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability.

Do not create humiliating compilations, reveal personal information to encourage confrontation, or use altered media to subject someone to abuse. Criticism must not become harassment or an invitation to harm.

6. Privacy, consent and personal information

Do not disclose another person's home address, live location, private contact details, identity documents, medical records, private correspondence or other sensitive information without a lawful basis and the necessary permission.

Obtain the permissions needed to record and publish identifiable people. Avoid featuring non-participants in a way that exposes or targets them. Do not post content obtained through secret recording, unauthorized access, surveillance or coercion as part of a challenge.

7. Copyright, attribution and originality

Publish material you own, are licensed to use or may lawfully use under an applicable exception. Do not plagiarize, claim another person's performance as your own, remove attribution to mislead viewers or repost material after it has been restricted for infringement.

Giving credit, adding a disclaimer, using a short excerpt or changing a work does not automatically make the use lawful. Music, sound recordings and incorporated footage may involve separate rights. Formal copyright notices and disputes follow the Copyright Infringer Policy.

8. Authenticity and manipulated media

Do not fabricate proof, alter a result, falsify timestamps or submit generated footage as evidence of a real attempt. Editing must comply with the relevant challenge requirements. A continuous-take requirement prohibits cuts or other changes that distort the performance.

Generated or altered creative content may be permitted where the challenge accepts it and viewers are not misled about the person, performance or event depicted. Disclose material alteration where it could reasonably create confusion. Complete any required synthetic-content declaration and preserve applicable labels and provenance information; do not remove them to mislead viewers. Do not use synthetic media to impersonate someone, invent an endorsement or create intimate or abusive depictions.

9. Harmful deception and health claims

Do not publish fake emergencies, false official warnings, fraudulent offers or deceptive claims likely to cause serious harm. Do not claim that a challenge diagnoses an illness, replaces treatment, guarantees weight loss or requires a person to stop medication.

Clearly identify harmless fiction where a viewer could otherwise mistake it for a real event. Ordinary opinion, criticism and discussion are permitted within the other policies; a fiction label does not excuse a dangerous prank or impersonation of an authority.

10. Spam, scams and commercial disclosures

Do not publish phishing links, malicious downloads, fraudulent promotions, repetitive unsolicited advertising or requests for passwords, deposits or unlawful payments. Do not use challenge content to conceal a scam or route users to prohibited activity elsewhere.

Identify sponsorship and material commercial relationships clearly. Do not imply official Mobeet endorsement or a guaranteed prize without authorization. Commercial activity must comply with the Publisher Agreement and any separately approved terms.
